Having come across from Richmond before the start of the 2009/10 season, Tom Rickarby has established himself as a consistent performer with the bat in the top grades at the Well.

Tom stamped himself as a First XI cricketer after a hundred against Frankston Peninsula in 2010/11, before having an even better year in 2011/12, notching up well over 600 runs and a First XI batting award in the process. His right arm leg spin has also come along in recent seasons, and has proven to be a handy partnership breaker when called upon.

The 29-year-old has battled injuries which have seen him in and out of the top grade, but when fully fit is one of the most reliable batting options in the club who is capable of making big contributions from anywhere in the top six.
